“Stell dir vor, dass Musik-hören-Wollen dein Rücken ist, dann ist Musik hören wie eine Massage.
Und bei der Musik die man meistens zu hören kriegt, fühlt es sich an als würde man immer nur an den angenehmsten Stellen massiert werden. Aber da gibt es Stellen die eigentlich auch noch massiert werden müssten, damit man sich musikalisch so richtig durchgeknetet fühlt. Aber die tun halt auch bißchen weh. Das ist Zapp Galura.”

harry jen´s sound can best be described as chameleonesque. one moment it´s all prince-like funkiness, the next moment you find yourself in the midst of a string section playing steve reich, or owen pallett. james blake´s fragility meets skrillex´ monster bass and the whole frequency spectrum is their playground.

in 2009 harry jen published his debut album ´repeat til´ cue´ on fir way records, followed by the free download ´random beats ep´ in 2011, and the 12” LP ‘maze’ in 2013.
