For the first time Masha Dabelka and Martin Koe are going to host a whole night together aiming to create a DJ set beyond borders.

MASHA DABELKA

“My artist name is Masha Dabelka, I grew up in a strange eclectic fast developing place called Novosibirsk, Russia. All my childhood I devoted to music practice. After 9 years of classical music school, I got involved in playing old synthesizers as a member of different rock bands, but the unlimited sound universe kept me on calling to explore a new sound background and I got interested in spinning records at local electronic music events. Later I came to the idea to organize a series of proper underground techno events on the sites of brutalist post-soviet architecture, which gave me numerous abandoned warehouses to realize my cultural projects in Siberia. While organizing different events I collaborated on apocalyptic techno-punk sound and performed live as well and explored half of the country with DJ and live sets. At some point, I moved to Austria to get some additional experience in Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.”

Martin KOE

Martin Koe´s initial inspiration was provided by his father?s funk and jazz records, a solid background to build a collection upon. And as of the mid 90ies he began digging for vinyl treasures himself. Always on the lookout for new styles and the cutting edge, Martin Koe is focused on bringing diversity to the club scene.

Martin Koe is a founding member Vienna?s Dubstep and Bass club RAW and a member of Klub Sir3ne teaming up regularly with Vienna´s finest Bass DJs as well as playing all around Vienna alongside renowned international artists. After five years of doing GarageSessions he decided to do his own eclectic Radioshow called NamNam Radio in 2013.

Always unique his eclectic selection ranges from Funk, Jazz, Soul, Downbeat, Hiphop, Reggae to Electronic, World, Afrobeat and its subgenres.
